周末两天除了睡觉吃饭,看完了13-22集哈佛大学《积极心理学》。写几句笔记整合一下思路:
1.设置最高目标期限lifeline:比如deadline是5月1号,设置任务完成的日期为4月20日。
2.幸福的人的两个特点:他们为自己建立例行公事(set rituals);他们不仅为工作,还为恢复(recovery)设置例行公事。
3. 90/15:大约90分钟学习工作后,15分钟用来恢复。学习工作的时间可以是60-120分钟,根据实际情况调整。我实践了几天,用吃饭、洗漱、做家务、运动、冥想等等琐事来作为恢复期,提高了时间利用效率,也更容易坚持

2.We don’t build the lives we want by saving time.We build the lives we want,and the time saves itself.So time is a choice,and time is highly elastic.
3.Permission to be human.It is normal to go through the hard time.But we should tell us,it is manageable.We can deal with it,and we can also handle it.We are going to get over this.(I’m resilient,I’m strong.)
4.Happiness is contagious.
